The GLS courier:

Our delivery partner is the GLS courier, we send packages to anywhere in the EU and worldwide. There is no packaging price in our shop, you have to pay only a delivery price for the package. We send the packages with fragile decal on it in a strong paperboard box. Our delivery prices include 27% Hungarian VAT, you don’t have to pay other duty for the delivery in the EU. The maximal weight of the package could not be more than 30 kg. If the package is oversized (more than 30 kg), we will start a new package and you have to pay a second delivery price.

The GLS courier assumes to deliver the package during the estimated delivery time, if nothing unexpected happens. The delivery is expected between 8:00 to 17:00 on working days. If the courier couldn’t find anyone at the destination, he will try to call the recipient at the given phone number to fix an appointment or he will leave a message with his contact. He will try to deliver the package 2 times. The GLS courier is very flexible, he will try to do his best to deliver the package and solve the occuring problems. If he can’t get hold of the recipient, he will leave a letter on the destination and take the package in the nearest GLS Depot. This time you can take over your package there for 5 more working days. If nobody takes over the package till this time, the courier will return the package to us.

United Kingdom and Northern Ireland delivery – Europe+ Post package:

Because of BREXIT we could send packages to the UK and Northern Ireland only with Europe+ Post till 15 kg.

The estimated delivery time is 5-10 working days with Europe+ Post because of the customs. Maybe you have to pay import tax at the delivery to the UK. The maximal weight of the package could not be more than 15 kg. If the package is oversized (more than 15 kg), we will start a new package and you have to pay a second delivery price.

We can deliver products to small European Islands and outside the EU also (worldwide), but the delivery conditions and prices are distinct! Please contact us in email to discuss the delivery conditions and prices.

Please make your order only if you can pay it and somebody can take over it on the destination. If you won’t take over the package, we will devolve the back and redelivery price to you and won’t send any package till you pay this fee. We reserve the right to keep back any order, till the case will closed positively.

We will send the invoice (and the warranty paper) in email to you. Please check the package in front of the courier, and if the package or the products inside are damaged, ask him to draw up minutes and don’t take over the package. Without minute-book we can’t accept any complaint.
