A river float for use Bolognese rods and any running line set up. The design allows you to hold the float back without it drifting in across the flow. You can vary the speed of travel easily, but in sufficient flow and by holding back hard it is possible to lead the bolo out from the bank toward features, cover or your feed line. You can effectively position the float before letting it run through the swim.

The antenna position can be changed according to your technique – whether this is holding backhard or running the float through the swim.
